Teacher Interpretation of Pre-production Assessment - Example

As outlined in the SCSA ATAR MPA Year 12 Assessment Table, "extended audio-visual production project which can be completed as either a single task or as separate tasks." (p.15)

Pre-production is not formally assessed in the External Production Submission marking key and teachers are required to use the EPS marking key when assessing student production work. To prevent discrepancies between school-based and externally assessed marks for production, the total weighting of pre-production material cannot exceed 5% of the total allocation towards school-based production work.
